Busy cafe out door seats. I ordered scrambled eggs on Turkish bread. It also came with pesto spread in the same dish as the butter. Bit weird. My scrambled eggs very disappointing they were very dry. Assuming they were bagged in a dish not made in a pan. My husband had bacon and egg McMuffin that was basic. Nothing to rave about. Coffee is good and service.

Known for its cozy atmosphere and excellent coffee, it certainly lives up to its reputation. The menu offers a wide variety of breakfast options, catering to diverse tastes. The Eggs Benedict on brioche with bacon was a standout, perfectly balanced in flavor and presentation. Despite the rainy weather, the service remained top-notch, with staff ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor added to the overall positive experience. Great breakfast! I loved the ‘grilled mushroom and spinach’. I especially enjoyed the pesto with grilled mushrooms and tomatoes with a poached egg on sourdough. It comes with one egg and if I got it again I would ask to add a second egg. My husband had the ‘chili mayo scrambled croissant’, which was bigger than he expected. We also enjoyed an earl gray peach iced tea and iced coffee (‘jumbo’ size pictured). Loved this place and perfect location in the heart of the South Bank!

I’m so glad I’ve tried this place. Food is great - I got the scrambled egg with pesto on the side. And it’s a generous serving with lots of Turkish bread. Coffee is great too. My son had Kayo toast and he said the butter is delish. Will be back!

Nice little place. I like the seating area. It’s fairly open and cosy at the same time. Service was great. My only criticism is the thickness of brioche bread, it’s too thin. Taste wise it was decent.

Garage Cafe: A Gold Coast Traveler's Delight My professor's suggestion to visit Espresso Garage came as a bit of a surprise, especially since I was traveling all the way from the Gold Coast with so many café options right here in Brisbane. But I was curious to see what all the hype was about, and this charming little café absolutely did not disappoint! I particularly loved the delightful bike-themed decor – it really added to the café's unique appeal and I myself am a bike enthusiast! Unfortunately, the kitchen was closed by the time I arrived. Still, I grabbed a takeaway flat white and was incredibly impressed by the coffee crafted by their barista. The service was incredible, making this a truly lovely pop-up experience. I'll definitely be making another trip up to Brisbane soon to test out some of their food items. Next time, I'll be sure to bring a friend along with me!

Updating from 4-5 star. Breakfast muffin is exceptional! MUCH better than the average. Quality of muffin and ingredients is very high and makes it super delicious. Best I’ve had in Brisbane. Come here regularly for lunches at work. Really not too bad. Nice staff. AvocAdo and Haloumi is a winner. All round not too bad at all.
